Dragon 1/35 JS-2
I was cleaning out the shed the other day and found this. I made this circa ’94, then forgot I had it! It’s the very old Dragon kit, the first issue when Dragon kits were very reasonably priced and giving Tamiya a run for their money on quality and cost. As you can see, it needs some minor repairs, but I’m getting an idea for a diorama setting…

Dear Ian, I am also thinking about refurbishing my old ones. So I am asking you to continue this please. It is an inspiration!

I have a few older Soviet builds from the same era as yours. Mine have not survived the test of time as well as yours has though. I’m interested to see what you do with it…………. Refurbishing this one will be like meeting an old friend again after a long time apart.
Go for it !!!

Thank you for you kind comments Michael and Louis. I’ve got a hankering to add some “bed spring” armour and place in a diorama…

Now you’re talking !!!! I have an older T-34 that I hope to someday do the same thing with………………. not the diorama idea, just adding the bedspring armor to it.
