Fresh off the bench 10,000 Grumman built Hellcat . Paint with Mr color paints, mig wash. Aftermarket ites LF Models decals and eduard Brassin Resin Wheels . Slight issue on the decals tonight. The decals on the nose and other area Had disintegrated when I was trying to use mr mark softer decal set . No real way to fix it so I decided to use 2000 grit sand paper to make it looking like there was wear & tear on the various markings . I lightly sanded the areas and whammy problem Solved . Hope you like 🙂

Brian
What's really amazing is that production of the Hellcat at Grumman didn't begin until September 1942, and by the end of 1942 they had delivered less than 100. Unlike every other US fighter, the Hellcat was only built at the Grumman Bethpage factory, and by Mary 1945, only two and a half years after production began, they delivered this, the 10,000th Hellcat. That, folks, is why the Allies won World War II - the "Arsenal of Democracy" couldn't be reached by the enemy.
Very nice model, BTW, Brian.
Nicely done Brian - a handsome Hellcat.
Smart Hellcat

Nice work on that Hellcat Brian, looking very good. Very nice decal detail save, very resolving … things to be proud of.
Nice, even coating of the navy blue and nice save on the decals.
Great looking 'cat Brian. Nice finish.
Terrific work on the Hellcat, Brian. You must have small hands; looks like 32nd scale.
Nice finish and paintepwork.
