  2. Teeth & Fang GB

I want to welcome everyone to participate in this new focusing models adorned with any sort of teeth and mouth. The main goal is depicting model planes, tanks, boats or any other weapon that sported any sort of animal mouth to strike fear on the enemies heart.

I'm sure most of is have a model that for this category somewhere within the stash that begs to be put on the workbench. So give it a try, it will run from today until December 1st, a full 6 month time span, so that even I can actually complete a model 🙂

Partially built models are allowed, providing it hasn't gone past 50% of the work. All scales and genres are welcome, as are multiple builds.

  1. Looks fun, Pedro. Thanks for the invitation!

  2. Sign me up !

I have this one for starters... We can thank our dear friend David LS @dirtylittlefokker

for "making" me do it...with his subliminal messages and mind control tactics. All of the Judas Goat B-24 assembly ships he has been posting were just too much. 🙂

Here's my official entry for the GB.

I introduce you to "Tubarao"... a B-24 assembly ship with some serious teeth !

I'll start a build journal on it very soon. I will be using the Monogram 1/48 scale kit.

    Thanks for starting this one.

  3. Thank you very much for invitation! If I dont find any "teethy" in my stash I will grab some from local stores!

  4. Great idea, count me in. I'll have to dig the stash but I'm sure I will find a subject with wings and teeth to take part.

  5. Thank you everyone for joining in, got a feeling we’ll be seeing some great models over the next 6 months

  6. Ok, let me try to get my modeling rear in gear again with this for a GB. I have the old Testors/Fujimi F6F Hellcat cat kit with mouth, teeth and eyes (VF-27 on USS Princeton) that I've been saving.

  7. Hi! I’m in, and while I have some options already sitting in my stash, I’m waiting for a another interesting subject for the build. It should be in stock next month I think, so I should be able to finish it. If not, I will go with Fiat Cr.32.

  8. Dimitry, I don’t recall ever seeing a CR.32 with any sort of teeth painted, should be interesting!

  9. @holzhamer how’s this? 🙂

  10. @bikequeen

That’s a fine shark mouth for sure, in one of the most destructive aircraft for ground targets, awesome!
This GB is long finished mind you

  11. @holzhamer no worries I just came across it earlier and the first A/C that came to mind was the A-10 🙂
