1/32 Hasegawa Focke Wulf Fw 190 F8 “Yellow 14”

October 26, 2019 · in Aviation · · 10 · 2.2K

This is Focke Wulf Fw-190 F8 with the markings of "Yellow 14" W.Nr. 584592 from SG2 or SG10 . This F8 was abandoned at Neubiberg Germany in May 1945.

Cockpit enhanced by MDC Luftwaffe Instrument dials decals and AML seat.

I have used Henri Daehne F8 propeller set and Quickboost Exhausts.

Paints are from Gunze acrylics and Alclad lacquers. Upper surfaces painted to RLM81/83, lower surfaces to RLM 76 and some under wing areas to Alclad aluminium.

Decals are from my spare box except for custom made "Yellow 14" and "Bar"

Finally Eagle Parts wheels added

Happy Modelling

  1. Another Tolga masterpiece.

  2. There definitely is a school of Tolga. Characterized by superb airbrushing, seamless construction, smart tight assembly with no runs, drips or errors. Followed by some smart, infocus photos with some natural lighting.

Tolga I often think that your painting is better than 1/1 scale aircraft. Considering that aircraft in the field or towards the end of the war would have been painted in haste or with view to a economy of not wasting any time. Canopies would be a tad off due to being exposed to the elements...

On the whole another treat for the eyes. Thank You for sharing.

    Two thumbs up.

  3. Another beauty from the Tolga factory! Gorgeous!

  4. If i'm not mistaken you posted this on Reddit modelmakers as well? Nice to see some more pics of this lovely build if so, first class work man.
