FINISHED! Fw 190 and He 162
I’m finished with both the 162 and 190. I’m very proud of both of these models, especially the 162, because I feel like I got them both right! Yes, there was an emergency paint change on the 162, (long story, spilled and ran out of paints), but I love it. And the 1/72 focke wolf is probably up there as one of my favorite builds. Probably in the top three, along with the 162. The honor of first goes to my “Silver Spit” Spitfire Mk.XVI. Having finished both of these, I definately think I want more academy and tamiya builds in the future.

Doing that paint scheme on the 162 isn’t easy and you got it right.

Thank you so much. Sorry for the late response. For whatever reason, I couldnt log on to my account.

Yep – these will be your favorite, well – until – the next ones! We all get better with every model, and learn new tips and tricks (mostly from each other, some by mistake!), so our favorites are constantly changing! What’s not to love about this hobby?!
