Curtiss p 40 n ,1/48 eduard
My Curtiss p 40 N made starting from the Eduard 1/48 scale box that incorporates the MAUVE mold, with the addition of photoetched part and a New large Decals sheet.
The model was painted with gunze color trying to simulate a wear particularly accentuated easy to notice on these aircraft.

Fantastic! Those filtered shots are excellent at blending the painted details, and the fact that it looks so real, perhaps tells me that you may be on to something with you pin washing and post shading.
Great looking bird!

I really like this a lot. Your sun-fading in the weathering is spot-on. Great result! (And the photos are good, too)

Very nice war weary P-40. Those sepia tinted photos work a treat.

Absolutely fabulous Sir. Great weathering and pics. Very clever. That Burma sun must have been murder.
