North American T-6G / Israeli Air Force
The North American Aviation T-6 is an advanced American single engine training aircraft used to train pilots from the United States and more than 60 other countries. I am particularly passionate about this plane, mainly for its use in the Brazilian Air Force. But this time, my goal was to attend a Group Build at my club, about the Israeli Wars, and I had the 1/72 Academy kit with Israeli decals in my stash. The color scheme is the Israeli Air Force circa 1954.
I went on OOB mode, with very few additions, as simple as possible. I used primer, paints and varnish on polyester base from Drycolor, and oils for weathering.
An unusual theme for me and a colorful model in my collection. Very nice to attend the GB.
Very nice work in 1/72. I am slowly working towards a Belgian airforce Harvard build. Your work will be an inspiration for this.
Thank you.

1/72! I thought it a lager scale at first, great build!
Great build Roberto. I love the camo.
All the best!
Looks nice in IDF-AF colors! I build this as a Canadian Goldilocks bird - the Academy kit builds up quite nice. Well done.
Thanks guys for all the comments.
Well done Roberto, looks good, nice cockpit, here's one I did you may like !

Thank you Allan. Very well done your T-6. Sure I like this legend used in the Esquadrilha da Fumaça. I reserved the T-6 in 1/32 scale from Trumpeter kit especially for this version.
Wonderful job, Roberto! 1/72... respect!
