Beautiful. One of the best things i ever got to see in my time in the Navy was during a fuel stop on Iwo Jima. Several JASDF Phantoms were taxiing out for a flight and I got to see them. They were so clean and beautifully painted! You captured that look very very well!

That’s a lovely executed model, Joseph. I’ve never built a Japanese “modern” jet, but I might build one soon after being inspired by your F-4.

Must be some Karma – I’ve also got an EJ Kai on the bench – again in 1/72. Yours looks great – I hadn’t seen that scheme. Mine will be in the 2-Ocean Blue scheme.
