Operation Barbarossa...1/48 Messerschmitt Bf109F-4, Royal Hungarian Airforce
Built in 2017. Eduard kit with HAD decals (the Hungarian crosses on the F-4 sheet were too large so my dad used some of another HAD sheet), Gunze and Tamiya acrylics, EZ Line for wiring, plastic rods and lead wire for brake lines.
The model shows an aircraft of 5/2. vadaszszazad, Stariy Oskol airfield, Russia in January 1943.
I really like that scheme with the muted yellow on the upper nose section. Another stunner.
