Yak-9T (ICM 1/32)
After 10 months of being not able to finish anything, this new tool Yak-9T (T - tank) has finally brought me back. Thank you, ICM 🙂
The kit fits quite well. The only inconvenient thing was the wing root fairing. And the windscreen armour, but I've "successfully" lost it. No part – no problem. Decals are thin, but it was hard for me to position them. Anyway, this ICM kit is a sweet spot to me – easy to assemble, fewer parts, big.
The only after market part were the Eduard seatbelts, originally designed for the SH Yak-3 kit, but they are much the same.

Dimitry,
Nothing short of professional, with photos that are worthy of hard copy. Some strong work.
Had to smash the like button.
Two thumbs up.
Thank you, Stephen! Photography skills is another one thing I try to develop.
Well done, Dmitry!
Thanks, John!
Looks like an awesome kit, you did a great job on it. I really enjoy 1/32 kits more then any other scale.
Thank you Jay! 1/32 is new to me, and this one is just a third kit in this scale.
Wonderful job, Dmitry!
Thank you, Spiros!
Excellent result, Dmitry @starfar
Interior as well as exterior looks are amazing.
Thanks, John!
Dmitry, @starfar
I thoroughly enjoyed watching the model come to life in your build journal. However, seeing it in the headlines section is even better. The photos you have posted are excellent, and the work in the cockpit is incredible, some of the best I have ever seen.
I definitely pressed the "like" button too.
Thank you, Louis!
Great to see you back , Beautiful work!
Thanks, Rob!
@starfar - Wow! What good work and a superb result.
Thank you, Tom!
My-o-My that's a nice looking build. Well done, Dmitry!
Thanks, Gary!
Guess that 10 month lull didn’t do you no harm Dmitry, your talent is still there.
Beautiful model, superbly finished. Well done!
Thank you, Pedro! Yeah, hope so 🙂
You must be very pleased with how this turned out, Dmitry.
Thank you, George!
It is a real beauty! I'm having my first go at an ICM kit, and I'm finding it a frustrating experience so far...
Thanks, Greg! I assume you have some 1/72 ICM kit, and most of them are old kits, pre-3D era. Could be disappointing.
