Trumpeter 1/35 Pz.Kpfw. IV D & F Fahrgestell munitionsschlepper
A glimpse of the might and innovative nature of the German army is revealed when putting Trumpeter's 3 related models together. The Karl Gerat 60cm mortar is positioned with its dedicated ammunition carrier and railway transport system.
The Fahrgestell IV munitionsschlepper of which 13 were produced appears here in two variants. These are two different models that vary slightly with respect to the Pz.Kpfw. IV chassis.
The model is highly detailed and the assembly of the crane requires a good technical grasp because the instructions and references provide only limited information.
The major drawback of the kit is the large number of sinkholes situated in well visible areas.
