Nakajima Ki-44 tojo
This my first posting, since I joined.The kit was built oob , they only after market items , were a set of seatbelts from eduard. The kit fit well and was an enjoyable build.
It is finished as plane flown by Capt Teiichi Hatano, 3 squadron , 47 flight regiment , Narimasu airfield 1944.
A superb model, Mark!
Natural metal finish, rest of painting and weathering, all are excellent!

Looks great, Mark! Just curious what product/technique you used for the natural metal finish? I think it turned out really good.
Thank you , I painted individual panels black and white then sprayed chrome silver over the the plane . I use Vallejo acrylic paint. I felt it was easier than masking the panels and painting diffrent shades of metallic colors.
