Here's another one for you guys. 1/25th scale Moibeus Ford F-150 built for a customer to look like his father's farm truck. This build took around 30 hours.
Enjoy!
That looks real, Rick @rickschad! 🏆 Living in Central Texas for almost 71 years, I've seen a bunch of farm trucks and you have nailed "the look", for sure. Great truck model! 👏
Now there is a real pick-up truck. Back when you could through tools and chains . . . fill the box with dirt and tow things out of the mud. It worked for a living. Today's Pick-up trucks are country gentile men made for taking the kids to school, buying groceries and looking like they just drove off the show room floor. Everything is made of plastic and aluminium and the word Pick Up truck is more about branding and image.
Another superb model, Rick!
Painting and weathering rock!
Thanks as always my friend! I have completed 29 models this year 😀
Very nice, weathering is absolutely realistic!
Thanks so much!
Man that's Sweet! Spot On... Well done, Rick!
Seen many such trucks growing up in NY dairy country. Just needs a hay bale or two in the back.
Very fun build, it does need a hay bale ! Thank you!
@rickschad - Very nice build Rick. The detailing and weathering looks fantastic.
Thank so much!
Looks great, Rick, but definitely could do with a load of some kind.
I agree. I’ll come up with something 😊 Thank you!
Really nice! Excellent job. those Moebius kits are well detailed
Thank you Robert! Yes Moebius kits are very well done.

Excellent looking Ford, Rick @rickschad
Looks very realistic the way you weathered it.
Thanks so much John!
So much to see...I just noticed the sprung hood; brilliant touch and so "real life". 👍
😀thank you Gary
Creating a "junker" that accurate is hard! Good work there!
Thanks so much Tom!

This for sure is a very nice change, Rick.
Good skills at aiming towards realism.
Thanks so much!
Great looking "beater". Love everything about it. (@rickschad).
Thanks so much John!
Awesome! The paint wear and slight surface rust is great and the rest of the weathering spot on, Rick. Beautiful job.
Thanks so much Clint!
Looks great @rickschad Rick. Just like any well used farm truck.
Thanks Robert!
This is so cool. Love the details and the aging is spot on for a well used farm truck. Perfecto.
Thanks so much Matt!
