Private Construction/Truck Yard

December 9, 2023 · in Diorama · · 28 · 253

Been working on this for a while now and still not finished. I need to find some suitable figures that will go together with the theme of this build. So if anyone of you have some suggestions, please don't hesitate to send some tips my way. The scale is 1:35. Still adding more details and trying out different placements, so everything is not 100% final. Just trying out different placements. Don't have a name for this diorama yet, but it should be easy.

  8. Charles, @tiking, I am always amazed at how interesting you can make junk and how realistic your finishes are. Your builds are fantastic and this is another one. Even without figures I find it fascinating.

  9. šŸ™‚ ... Greetings ... šŸ™‚ :
    Interesting project, nice work Charles.

  10. That container is just right, Charles, the background is good, too, did you paint it yourself? As for figures there are loads of military figures in 1/35 scale which Iā€™m sure could be adapted, you could try looking at the Tamiya site for starters http://www.tamiya.com.

  11. Great work - as allways. Nice little surprise for me: Trailer from the German Bundeswehr.

  12. That is an amazing diorama. The weathering on the vehicles is spot on a d the ground work is beautiful. It reminds me of locals I've been at, andit gave me a sense of dajavu. I wish I had the skills to pull of such an outstanding piece of work.

  13. Always like your stuff - so much detail and things I wouldn't have thought of - very creative.

  14. Man, you do amazing work, Charles @tiking! šŸ† That is so cool; how about adding some empty cans or bottles strewn about? I'd expect to find some "trash" around a scene like that. But, it is fine work just as it is! šŸ˜

  15. Good to see you back Mr king! Amazing realism as usual!

  16. Much appreciated Mr. Crabb.
