Just tried to reproduce as much as photos permit the intricate camo...excuse me for any mistakes.

Hope you like it.

All the best,

Fantastic build Marcus, very nice work on the camouflage.

  13. Great job on the camo Marcus. Given the size of the kit, even more difficult to get correct because when its that big, it can be easy to lose perspective on the entire thing. Thanks for sharing.

This looks amazing ! I think you did a fantastic job with it, and your friend will be very happy. This is an extremely difficult paint scheme to reproduce, but it looks like you managed to do it expertly. I definitely clicked on several of the various "like" buttons.

  17. Marcus,
You definitely took your time in studying the paint job. The over spray and the light applications of blue gray over green is far more accurate than what you see on most interpretations of Gabresky P-47. I might add that the tail numbers also have a yellow over spray and the lack of paint around the bubble canopy leaving a natural metal out line stands out. This is a great study of modeling classic. You've raised the bar on this one.

Looking forward to seeing more of your gifts and talents.
