1/48 Fw190A-4

January 9, 2024 · in Aviation · · 25 · 354

Hello all. My Focke Wulf Fw190-A-4 2/JG54 "Grunherz" Black 3 - unknown pilot. Nikolskoye, Russia May 1943. Eduard brassin engine and cockpit set used. Lots of cutting away parts and scratch building of exhaust panels so they can fold down to show more engine area. Eventually will use this in a maintenance diorama scene.

  1. Great job on the engine!

MiniArt has a really cool Garage workshop set coming out this year. Would look good in your hanger next to that plane.

  14. An incredible looking build Paul (@paulwoodyvanacker). I love it! I'm definitely adding the FW 190 to my to do list 🙂

  15. Truly outstanding. The Fw190 for some reason, is one plane I like seeing with all the panels opened up. I'm in the middle of building Revell's 1/32nd scale Me109G-6 with Edward's resin cockpit and full engine/gun set, and they are wonderful. Great job Paul!

  16. Great looking build! Thanks for sharing.
