Hawker Hurribomber 175 Squadron 1942

April 14, 2024 · in Aviation · · 15 · 402

This is the new tool Hurricane IIB finished as a Hurribomber, worth adding that the kit doesn't include the bombs so they were purchased separately. The kit is a pleasure to build and goes together very easily, but I chose to use after market parts as follows:
props and spinner by AIMS,
wheels by CMK,
guns by Air Master,
bombs and carriers by Tim Perry (3D printed)
all markings designed and cut by me
stencils by OneManArmy

Hurricane BE687 (HH-A) was lost on 19 August during , the attack on the Dieppe area. The pilot, Derek Leyland Stevenson, survived.
