Italeri/ESCI 1/48 Finger IIIA
Having completed an IDF Nesher model from a limited edition Wingman kit I was left with a large decal sheet depicting South American Finger and Dagger variants. I was curious whether the very basic ESCI comparable kit would look if upgraded and painted in the Argentinian Air Force colors.
This kit has fairly accurate dimensions, but the parts are crude and the detailing is sparse. I included spares from Kinetic's Mirage kit that included the instrument panel, seat and engine exhaust.
Nice paintwork, Rafi. I built an Esci Mirage in Israeli colors about 25 years ago.
