Airfix 1/48 Lightning F.2A/F.6
One of the best Airfix models I built. Although it has some fit issues, the model is an excellent representation of the Cold War fighter.

Fit issues were common to other Airfix kits and Cold War jet models of many brands namely, the front intake cowling to fuselage, seams on fuselage halves and fuselage to wings.
I'm a big fan of the Lightning, and this one is a beauty! Wow!
