Both are great, but I especially like the Hill Gray scheme. (I picked up that reference from Dan’s comment. It is always a good day when I learn something.)
Thank you, Greg.
I start with a light grey and compare with photographs to get the right tone. Then, the tone of the darker grey depends on the contrast between the two. The most decisive factor for the grey tones is the tone of decals that should stand out.
PhantasticPhantom build
!Thank you, Robert!
For a moment I thought it was the same model which had the wildest combo of USAF Euro I and Hill Gray 2 paint schemes.
Excellent duo Rhinos.
Thank you, Dan.
Hill Gray 2 was an aftermarket decal set.

Merry Christmas
Great work as usual. In the early ‘70s I read a magazine article about Wild Weasels and have beef fascinated since then.
Thank you Mark.
Meng's offer is much more convincing.
Beautiful Phantoms, and I especially like the tone of the light grey on the Hill 2 scheme. What paint did you use for that? And Happy New Year!
Thank you, Greg.
