Dragon 1/48 Me-262A Mistel 4
The Mistel 4 is a composite aircraft, consisting of a explosives filled Me 262 and a "Führungsflugzeug" (guidance aircraft) Me 262A1 or A2/U2 which was mounted on top. This composite aircraft didn't make it far more then to the design stage and never became operational.
I utilized the 'bomb' component to highlight a common manufacturing process to smooth panel lines indentations involving the filling of grooves with a primer. A thinner white primer applied partially over the bare metal demonstrates the haste of late War developments.
That's very cool, Rafi.
Thank you, Tom.
