My four wins

April 17, 2025 · in Show Reports · 31 · 274

IMPS Open 2.0 in Stockholm, Sweden, April 12, 2025. I took 1 Gold for the overload Kenyan Truck, 1 Silver for the Ferguson Farm Tractor, 1 Brons for the 'Band of Gangsters' vignette, and i Brons for the Burnt out MAN truck. I also received a special reward for the Burnt out truck from 'Modellbyggarpodden'. A big thank you to them. Of course, these are old builds but I am still happy.

  6. Congratulations, and well-deserved, Charles @tiking!

  7. Those are all gorgeous models, but the Kenyan truck is a show stopper!

  8. Well done, Charles, awards well earned.

  9. Congratulations, Charles @tiking
Those medals are well deserved. I don't fully agree with the judges, I would certainly have given you gold medals for all four dioramas. 😉

  10. I wanted to say well deserved without being too redundant. The detail and execution of each vignette is amazing. I was in my LHS last week talking to one of the staff and recommended iModeler to him. He is a railroad enthusiast/modeler. I told him to look into your work because it is off the charts.

  11. Very creative models! They really show the potential of our hobby. Very well done !

  12. Your work is always so creative and realistic.

  13. All great work, Charles. Love the Kenyan truck. There’s a saying here in Alabama, “We can move it all in one trip!”.

  14. Your awards are well-deserved, Charles (@tiking). As usual for your work, the detail is amazing. Well done.

  15. Charles (@tiking), what for some people is a every day experience, if your on a farm, a mechanic, or in a salvage yard, war zone or in another country hauling as much stuff as you can. . . you have brought to the table what most people in the city don't see. Some strong work that goes beyond the plastic and makes one think.
    Two thumbs up.

  16. Charles @tiking, amazing job on all four. You can make something that is worn out, beat up and tired look so beautiful, congratulations!
