October 28, 2013 · in Uncategorized · · 7 · 1.6K

The Zombie Killa II, as promised, was the mate to ZK I. This one was "designed" to compliment the other, and pack the punch. Again, a Sd.Kfz 222 was the starting point.

Lowered front end (only) opened rear engine vent
filled in turret hole on roof left off fenders
filed off fender supports (front) add gas/clutch/brake pedals
opened rear end to show engine added doors to rear end
opened side hatch added door to side hatch
opened rear side hatch added door to rear side hatch
modified and reinstalled exhaust pipes added handles to doors
opened and added crew door (left side) moved all munitions to inside
added all control panels wired 12 cylinder engine
removed original upper hatches cut out window openings (where hatches were)
screened window openings added top turret w/2 mini guns
added 4 mini guns under body added 2 side guns/ 3 roof guns

Urban camo.

  1. I wouldn't want to take a long trip in that ride, looks as cramped as my wife's Sebring. What kind of "zombie killing mileage" does something like that get? Neat job Joe, nice "unclean" build!

  2. So inspiring i just had to watch World War Z again.

  3. Looks like you had fun with #2 as well. Are the front cannons from Stuka kits? I looked at the link you sent for the group build. I had a moment's excitement until I realized it was for 2012.

  4. Joe,
Send a real one out here. Oakland, here I come.

  5. Your imagination has no bounds, Joe, and your modelling skills enable you to make the most of it.

  6. Joe , you will have to get out more, great job, as above gret imagination and skill as well.
It makes me wonder what next?

  7. Very nice mate, would fake blood be taking it too far?
