The Mondoshawan
This is a 3D print of a Mondoshawan from the movie The 5th Element, directed by Luc Besson.
The 3D model was resized to fit the buildplate of my Anycubic Photon and it took approx. 12 hours in total to print all the parts. The Water element stone was also printed.
There are some print-marks on the figure but the stone came out perfect.
The figure was painted in a mix of Tamiya and Gunze Aqueous paints thinned with Mr Color Levelling Thinner.
All 3D models was downloaded from Thingiverse.
I really like how this turned out. Great job!
Thank you very much, James π
Very very cool, such an unique subject, one I never thought seeing in model form. Big fan of the movie, so I can only say thanks for posting even more so since itβs a splendid model
Thanks Pedro π
Love that movie- great job on mastering and producing the figure! I have yet to watch Valerian- not sure it will be as good, but I like Luc's work.
I like your work too! Thanks for sharing it.

Not really a big sci-fi fan, but this is "over the top" in model-makin'. ")
Thanks a lot!
I just watched most of the movie a couple days ago. Those are some weird aliens!
Well done, Tommy! You captured their look perfectly!
Thanks Jeff! π
Not sure what the heck that is, but you did a pretty good job with it!
I'm not sure what it is either... π
Thanks Greg!
It looks perfect, what an original build... I would like to have it by myself ? one of the "must have" models. One day maybe I buy also 3d printer just because of models like this. Once again, amazing job!
