I live in Sweden and I got back to the hobby when I turned 50 and got a model-kit as a present from my kids. After that things escalated quite quickly and I soon got a man-cave with a workbench, spraybooth and an ever growing stash
My favorite subjects are aircrafts from the Cold War era, but I occasionally build WWII aircrafts. As a casual World of Tanks player I sometimes also find myself building AFVs.

This kit was a very pleasant surprise... The first kit from a small manufacturer normally sets off all the warning-alarms for me, but this was the "Expert set" boxing with photoetch, painting mask set and technical stencils included in the kit. [...]
This is a 3D print of a Mondoshawan from the movie The 5th Element, directed by Luc Besson.
The 3D model was resized to fit the buildplate of my Anycubic Photon and it took approx. 12 hours in total to print all the parts. The Water element st[...]
Here is my SAAB JA37 Viggen; my most recent build that have involved some aftermarket, lot's of scratch-built details and also some 3D printed parts. The build took 4 months and is by far the most complex build I have done sofar in my modelling [...]
Here's my latest finished build. The build went together quite well, with the exception of the rear part of the fuselage that caused a lot of extra work... It was painted with Gunze Aqueous acrylic paints and the weathering was done with 502 Abt[...]
This is my latest build; the Academy 1/72 ADF where I have added an Eduard zoom-kit and the Aires resin exhausts. The resin sidewalls of the latter fitted really badly so I decided to scratchbuild the walls out of styrene sheet instead.
I built this kit as a buddy-build on YouTube and I was surprised about the quality and engineering performed by Zvezda. It's not far behind the top players in 1/72 aircraft (Tamiya, Eduard, Trumpeter et al.). Decals behaved well and the only dra[...]
This is the Hobby Boss 1/72 F9F Panther I built a while ago for a group build. I have actually used Hobby Boss F9F-2P kit that I converted to a F9F-2 using Quickboost corrected nose and exhaust resin parts. There is also a Eduard PE zoom-kit. Th[...]
It all started one evening when I stopped by a magazine shop at the railway station and bought a magazine about the Korean War. I read about Peter Carmichael's Sea Fury WJ232 and his kill on the jet-powered MiG-15. A couple of weeks later a Flee[...]
This build that I did as a tribute to one of my favorite movies - The Right Stuff, made by Philip Kaufmann in 1983. The Eduard 1/48 "Bundesfighter" kit (reboxed Hasegawa with some aftermarket) has the decals for the aircraft individual that wher[...]
Here's my latest build that I finished a while ago for a Bomber SiG.
The kit itself is from 1994 and it has raised panellines, bad fit and lots of sinkmarks, but with some determination it's possible to put it together nicely.
I used Begemot a[...]
