Another one of your excellent builds, Reinhard!
I am almost finishing my Toryu, will happily post it here too, though no good as yours.
You cannot beat the combined Dad-Son Spreitfzhofer force!
Well done on this amazing model!
Thanks a lot Spiros, looking forward to yours finished!
Reinhard, @grimreaper
This is a wonderful looking Ki-45 build. These planes look SO cool with the mottled camouflage paint schemes.
Spiros @fiveten
and I both have some of these Ki-45 models on our work benches at the moment. He is much closer to posting his in the headlines section that I am... His plane looks very good too... Don't let him fool you. π
Your Dad builds some incredible models, and you take some fantastic pictures. Together you guys are a magnificent team...
I pressed the "Liked" button too.
Merry Christmas.
Thanks very much Louis! I hope next year the team has some more nice things to show π
Your dad created a very nice "Nick", Reinhard.
Camouflage scheme looks awesome on this build, not easy to get it done this beautiful.
Thanks John! Yes, some blood, sweat and tears for my dad π
The paint job on the Ki-45 is a pleasure to look at, the details are coherent and make a beautiful overall picture- greetings and congratulations to father and son!
Danke sehr Roland! Aja, deine P-47 ist die auch, wie immer, gut gelungen π
May 2021 be productive as usual! π
Great job on this. I did one in the same scheme a year ago.

Looking good too!
Reinhard what type of airbrush does your father use for the green pattern? Another Q what is the psi set at? Is the paint thinned downed to 50 percent or more?
These photos are some of the best I have seen at this site. With the lighting and the clarity of model. Suitable for hard copy.
Two thumbs up.
Thanks!
As mentioned, the model is from 2012, so my dad canΒ΄t tell anymore which airbrush he used, he has a bunch of them. But usually for more delicate work he uses Iwata, Hader&Steenbeck or a similar more High-End ones with a 0,2mm nozzle. Depending on airbrush and paint he uses 7 to 14psi pressure and thins 1/3 to 2/3.
Beautiful paintwork.
Thank you!
Such a steady hand to get that paintwork so perfect. Beautiful as always.
