L-59 ALBATROS
Hello guys, I present to you the last work. A very good trumpeter model.The worst is an injection mark on the glass, which has been necessary to polish. Another bad thing that I have found, as in other trumpeters, has been the instructions. I have added some cabin fgs and Eduard seats. I hope you like it. Greetings and see you soon.
As always, a superlative result, Jesus! Superb job on removing the discrepancy from the canopy! Indeed, Trumpeter instructions can be at times challenging to follow.
Looks really great from here, Jesus, I love the way the camouflage goes over the wing tip tanks.

I don't get Trumpeter/HB and why they have consistently canopy issues (shape, clarity, seams, pin marks etc.)
I have a Hobby Boss Mig 19 with the same problem. I hope to solve it in the same way

The Albatros is a beautiful aircraft and looks perfect in this Egiptian scheme.
A pity about the injection mark but you corrected it nicely.

One minor point - something that really surprised me when I was around a real one - is that on the ground all the gear doors snap shut, leaving the gear sticking out on its own. I have never seen another airplane that did this. Trumpeter obviously didn't get that memo (another of the many they've missed), and it's not something anyone would think of on their own, so this is only a "ding" to the kit designer for once again flunking "Basic Research 101". Interestingly, MPM did a kit of this airplane a good 20 years ago and did get it right; at first I thought they had gotten things entirely wrong and then the next time I was out at Chino, there was an L-39 sitting on the ramp with the doors all closed.
