Kinetic 1/48 Su 33 Flanker D
A big and complex kit. It has detailed panel line engravings and good fit of parts. There is one small snag to take this kit off the list of Kinetic's finest. Instructions are the most suggestive and misleading I ever came across. It is very difficult to determine the correct position of parts. And, if the choice of build is with folded flying surfaced, then you are up to a very challenging task.

Superb, Rafi. I really like how you weathered the beast. The paintwork has just right the right amount of staining and fading for a carrier-borne jet fighter. The folded wings must have been a challenge to build, but they look great.

Amen to that. A comment that was made the other day referring to build engineering and instructions is that some are great at CAD but are not modellers, while designers that are modellers often come up trumps.
In this particular case, I gathered that Kinetic purchased the master mold and improvised the rest.
Not my thing but a really nice job chap. Well done. Also thank you for talking about the kit and not an essay copied and pasted about the history. Interesting but if you overdo it you lose folk early. Nice one👍
