Ex RAAF Instrument fitter and Retired Maint. Eng. just restarted building models after a 60 year lapse. like to build WW1 aircraft and have done several 1/72 scale but now mainly into 1/32 as the old eyes and shakes don't help with the smaller scales. Also like building old sports and racing cars . Have scratch built model muzzle loading cannon in the past , have also custom built muzzleloading rifles and shotguns for competitive shooters, mainly flintlocks.
