This is my Nichimo 1/48 Ki45 Toryu, built as a part of the Empire Of Japan Group Build.

Built by my dad in 2012, Hasegawa dual combo kit with Isuzu fuel truck.
Painted with Gunze and Tamiya IJA paints, elastic thread for the antenna wire, Wako fabric seatbelts.

This is Hasegawa’s 1/48 scale Ki-45 TOYRU Japanese Heavy fighter. The kit was detailed with the CMK resin cockpit detail kit. The camouflage was all hand painted. I used the kit decals for the Manchukuo Air Corps.

This was finished earlier this year. It is essentially OOB with the exception of the seat belts, which I made myself. The markings on the aircraft belong to the 53rd Sentai, a unit assigned to defending Japan from attacking B-29s in 1945. [...]
