Hawker Hunter.

October 8, 2015 · in Aviation · · 8 · 1.6K

Hi.
This is the kit from a few years back, still a nice model with few problems and a fairly quick build.
All I have to do now is find somewhere to keep it! (Why do I keep buying 1:32nd scale models?).

  2. A very underrated kit that can be turned into a beautiful model, as you did here.

  3. Nice build, Paul...(I hung mine from the ceiling). 🙂

I have always believed that the Hawker Hunter is somewhat underrated and not given a more proper recognition.
You have done a nice job here.

  5. Hunter my no 1 jet im prepare a serial of 15 indiferent markings
    and types.

    Like you BUILD

  6. Cool plane, cool model, thanks for sharing.

  7. Great looking Hunter! I've seen several very nice builds lately (yours included) that are giving me a much greater appreciation for a jet that I kind of ignored for such a long time. Perhaps it has always seemed "rounded and soft" compared to may of the "pointy" jets! But I'm starting to see it as elegant vs. "soft."

  8. Paul, beautiful job on an equally beautiful jet. The Fifties were such a time of innovation, we won't see that ever again. Best lines, IMHO, of any jet fighter, and I'm a Yank and a Sabre guy!
