Soviet Field Howitzer SU 122 (M-30) Italeri 1/35 kit
This was the first kit I built when I started about 10 years ago. I had done lots of research about proper construction and finishing and thought artillery with figures would give me a chance to try them out. I wrote down that it is Italeri but my memory said Zvezda. Could the figure sprues be Zvezda and the artillery Italeri? Do they package kits like that? I am happy with the uniforms but I am still trying to do flesh properly. Any advice from fellow figure modellers would be welcome. The future me may try to put some terrain on the base. Please excuse the fuzzy pictures. Shaky hands is a side effect after the operation. Hello tripod!

The figures look a lot better than my attempts, Alan, and the whole model is nicely presented. Can't help you with the Zvezda name, but I know a lot of other companies have repackaged Italeri kits.

Alan,
It looks good to me. I think your figures look good.

Very nice! I have the Zvezda boxing, which doesn't include the figures. As far as I know it was initially release by Italeri.
