Tamiya Spitfire MkVB Trop 1/48

October 27, 2014 · in Aviation · · 20 · 2.4K

HI all, here's my latest.
Major Levine's VB. Hope you like. Decal sheet said it was a VC, but upon doing research and talking with others, I was happy to see it was in fact a VB. No need for a new VC wing. πŸ˜‰ It's heavily weathered, due to the photos of the real airplane, showing this.
Thanks for looking,
Paul, in Australia

  1. AWESOME Paul. Like your Spit. Motivation to build my Special Hobby Vb.

  2. Great Spit on a great dio Paul. That this Mk.V is "b" is very good news, got the same decal sheet but have no "c". Is the source for that available ?
    Well done ! πŸ™‚

  11. Excellent! I love those big chin Spits although the standard ones look more sleek. Bravo!
