35th Scale Zundapp K500
I've been tinkering with another long forgotten stash refugee, Vulcan's Zundapp K500. I made some new cylinder barrels for it and added individual tread blocks because the laminated assembly process wasn't distinct enough for me. The supplied rider figure wasn't up to much so he has been replaced by a Tamiya figure which has been modified and given a Hornet head.
I added the cap from the Tamiya set and increased the definition of the goggles with a scalpel before adding a foil strap.
Rob.
Wonderful presentation seeing it all come together like that. Nice work.
Great work, on something that small.
Great pics too.
Well done mate.
I really, really, really like this. Well done.
🙂 ... Greetings ... 🙂 :
Great work, when one considers the scale in whole, much more consideration is hopefully too be viewed. Nice work.
Thanks very much everyone for your comments, they are much appreciated. 🙂
Robert, speaking as a motorcycle fan, and having made a few 1/12 kits, this is really great work, brilliant attention to detail (individual tread blocks!), and all in 1/35 scale, fantastic.
Beautiful piece of work! Figure looks realistic, finish and weathering outstanding.
Nice work. I did the version with the sidecar and then turned it into a steampunk ride, armoured-up. It's listed on this site somewhere.
Once again thanks for your positive comments everyone.
awesome work and 1/35
This is absolutely astounding. Very well done.
