A few pics of my Spit XVI – I’m well proud of this one as the cockpit & engine bay turned out really well!

Brillant engine and cockpit in deed. Barracuda add-ons I suppose?

Barracuda items in the ‘pit but the engine is rocker covers only – All the cabling is bits & bobs from around my garage with some stuff from the spares box!

I had trouble getting the cowlings to fit properly on mine….did you?
Gary Stevenson said on February 7, 2017
Hi Craig, as long as you try to keep the cabling inside the cowling-mounting frame they will fit but even mine tend to spring off when you’re not looking!

If I didn’t know better, one would think that you could get in it……………
Master switch on, check. Throttle set, check. Brakes set, check. Controls free, check.
Prop Clear !!!!! ……………….
The undercarriage control block has a tiny decal which you can actually read if you get a magnifier close enough! – I don’t know how Roy Sutherland does it…amazing cockpit sets from Barracudacast!
