I Gotta Spit Again
Model number three for the year. This one I started and finished in 2019! This is the Fujimi 1/72 Spitfire mk. XIVc.
The cockpit is quite sparse. Fortunately the Eduard mk IX has a few extra parts in it so I used them to dress it up a bit. The canopy part is a bit thick so I didn't worry about adding too much detail.
A pretty straightforward build of my favorite Spitfire. The next time I spot one of these I'm going to snap it up, unless Airfix puts one out in the meantime!

Very nice build. Even though that kit is only adequate, I guess it is still our best choice for a XIV. You've done a good job with it.
Airfix actually does have a Spit model in the 1:72 scale. I built one not long ago.
