Those “old” Monogram kits still build up nicely – yours is testament to that fact. 🙂

Ditto on the above. Fantastic F-105 Wild Weasel. A real Goldilocks build with some premio paint. I get to meet on on occasion a retired Air Force tech who worked on them stateside during the Vietnam War. He said that the avionics where mostly based on tubes. He started working on them when the U.S. pulled them out of Vietnam after having lost half of them to the North Vietnamese and the vagrancies of war. Apparently, they flew all of them onto the base he was serving until they could parcel them out the various ANG units. They did this without advanced notice and it opened the eyes of all of the techs seeing so many Thuds on the ramp. Or the amount of work …

Stunning build and clever photography to match! Could be real!

Valter, that is a very impressive piece of modeling (and photography) skill. As Richard says, the images could be taken for real – which is a rare ability to have as a modeler. You have a way of presenting a miniature of the real thing rather than a model.
‘Liked’ – very, very much.

Excellent !! I built the 1/72 version about 25 years ago. Good kit for the price.

Great paintwork. What did you use?
Dirk Derks said on June 9, 2019
As mentioned before, Monogram “always good”.
You did proof it again. Masterwork, including the photography.

A real beauty! Love the subtle shading of the paint work. With those photos could easily be mistaken for the real deal.

That is my dad plane ( Captain Jimmy Boyd) Wild Weasel when we were in Korat AFB in Thailand back in the 70’s . And the writing on the wing in Thai is my sister name.
