Sukhoi Su-15 Flagon, Anigrand 1/144
Anigrands Sukhoi Su-15 Flagon in 1/144 is a bonus kit in one of their earliest offerings, the M-50 Bounder. The Flagon is another cold-war fighter aircraft which is ignored by the mainstream model kit manufacturers. I finished the Su-15 already several years ago. Beside the usual effort for short-run resin kits, a lot of sanding was required to make the engine intakes ‚allmost right‘. The yellow field on the splitter plate is a neutral yellow decal with the black lines added with a fine marker pen, all other decals are from the kit. The finished model looks ok to me. A far better representation is now available from TripleNuts, Japan, as a quite pricey 3D-printed kit.
