NB-52 with X-15, Atlantis
This is Atlantis models reissue of the old Revell 1/174 kit. Not to much detail, there never was, but they did provide two types of stands and improved the decals. You can also choose to use the external fuel tanks for a SAC version, ala Dr. Strangelove, but no decals are included for that one.
This is NB-52 520003 other wise known as ‘balls three’, around 1961. I did add a couple of camera observation blisters to the fuselage.

I made this kit when I was fourteen. Only 43 years ago…. I remember the aluminium painting whit brush. Not bad for my skill. This model back me to the past. Thank’s for sharing
