Spitfirepalooza Continues!
Another model completed during the Great Hunkering Down, the Eduard 1/72 Spitfire Mk. VIII. This is my first 1/72 Eduard Spit and as has been said by many before, these kits are great! I will definitely do more.

Well done Scott, lots of nice detail for 1/72. I assume Azure Blue or PRU Blue on the bottom, what color did you use on top? Faded Blue or something totally different.
Scott Nelson said on April 13, 2020
Thanks Tom! It’s Vallejo PRU blue on the bottom and Tamiya medium sea gray on top.

Great work Scott! I like the rare variant. Good work on painting and weathering.

Love that scheme - was it one in the kit? I've not built an Eduard kit, but may have to pick up this kit! Great build.

Thanks, Greg! Yes, it did come as part of the marking choices. I’ve done several Eduard kits. The Spitfires are fantastic.
