Hitachi Vibratory Combined Roller ZC50C-5
So far, so good. This is the 1/35 Hitachi Vibratory Combined Roller ZC50C-5 from Hasegawa. Almost done with it. I still have to add the side amber lights to the unit. As I mentioned before, this is he second vehicle that will be on my current diorama, that I am working on. I still have a little weathering left to do on it before it will be done. The diorama itself is almost complete, but I am still working on the figures (not my best attribute, but it is necessary, in order for the diorama to work well).
Absolutely outstanding work, Charles. I'm around a lot of equipment; this certainly looks the part.
Appreciate it Dave. Thanks.
Very impressive work, unique subject.
Thanks Greg.
Ain't no way it's a model built by a human. Just gotta be a 1x1 rollin' blacktop on your driveway.
Absolutely an amazing piece of art, Charles. You're a master.
Hehe! Thank you Bob. Glad you approve of this model. π Wish I could just use a ray gun to shrink the real one. It would make my life a bit easier. π
Wow, Just another Jem in the Jewel Case of Charles King Builds!
Aweeeeee! Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. π Appreciate your support. Thanks.
Amazing work, Charles!
As usual, it's hard to tell if it's the real thing or not!
Once again Spiros, always a pleasure to read your uplifting comments. Thank you my friend.
Great one! Looking fwd to the real reveal!
Thanks Michel. hoping not to disappoint. π
Fabulous work Charles, I look forward to seeing the completed diorama soon!
Thank you David.
Very nicely done! It reminds me of the episode of Malcom in the Middle when Hal had the steamroller obsession!
Thank you kindly
, Josh
What I love about your modeling is that you model from every day life, and not from an historical pursuit. This is a small and special niche in the modeling world.
You know me well Jim. π Appreciate it. Thank you.
Man that is great!
Thank you Rob.
Rock 'n' roller, keep them coming, Charles, can't wait to see the finished diorama.
Thanks George. Just hoping thw final piece will bring everything together.
Awesome work Charles! Well done.
Thank you James.
Iβm flattened by that roller. A real master work.
Tack Eric. Appreciated it.
Looked at all the fotos but did not hear the "beep, beep, beep" when shifted to reverse. Nice work. Looking forward to the dio...
Hehe! Thanks Gordon. Glad you liked it.
The level of realism is outstanding Charles.
Much appreciated Haslam. Thank you. π
Definitely looks like a well used roller back from my construction project days.
A pleasure to read your comment, Dan. Thank you.
Well done! Thatβs some of the best paint chipping that Iβve ever seen.
Too kind John. Much appreciated. Thanks for the upliftment.
I envy your ability to use a little paint and creativity to bring a model to such realistic levels!
Thank you Greg. Like every challenge there's always practice makes perfect.
As always your weathering is spot on! Long live the King!
HeHe! Thanks buddy. π
Hello Charles,
Here is the answer to my question. In regards to the loading platform, asking for the articles used in your dio. Great build.
Regards, Dirk
Hi Dirk. Glad you got clarification. I hope. π
Finally added the side amber signals and took some outside photos. It's incredible how small this model is in reality.
