Vichy...1/48 Marcel Bloch MB.152, French Armistice Airforce

For a kit with shortrun character the new Dora Wings Marcel Bloch isn´t so bad. But the decals are thin and the white areas are translucent, as you may see.
Camo done with Gunze RLM65 for the underside, Tamiya XF-10 Brown and selfmixed green and blue-grey for the upper camo. The Vichy stripes are painted.
First single-engined aircraft I know of that has a sideways angled engine.

  1. Stunning camouflage Reinhard. Is it possible to display an open cockpit?

  2. Looks fantastic. Those Vichy schemes were really eye-catchers.

  3. Beautiful build, Reinhard.
Never did a French build myself, but this MB152 might be my first.

  4. Beautiful build, Reinhard!

  5. Great looking Bloch.

  6. Great job, Reinhard! Ausgecheiznet!

  7. Wow Reinhard, really awesome - did you paint the red and yellow stripes, the look so clean.

  8. G'day Reinhard (@grimreaper),
    This is a great build.
I picked up the MB 155 when it was on sale earlier in the year, so I hope it comes out a good as your (when I get to it).
I have a thing for 3 colour camouflage and yours, combined with the Vichy 'pajama' stripes, looks great.
