Bf109F from Eduard in quarter scale.
Very much delayed, this kit; since I was distracted a few weeks ago, by a Spitfire conversion that I just couldn't put aside!
Finished now, a little late for the group build held by my local IPMS (NSW) club, but it's the enjoyment that matters anyway. This was a great kit; everything fitted just right & I chose a simple colour scheme to speed things up a bit. Actually simple is not what it seemed, as I did a lot of preshading & pastel work, although it doesn't really show up in the pics. Eduard's mouldings are to be commended as the fine surface detail is still visible through the finish. This was a lot of fun & I'm sure to do another, perhaps with a more adventurous comouflage scheme.
This is an excellent Bf-109, Tony!
You might call your chosen scheme "simple", but it is not that simle to come up with such a wonderful result!

Sometimes a simpler scheme is more impressive, since it's harder to distract the viewer from seeing all the other work.
