Korean War Douglas AD-4 Skyraider Tamiya 1/48
Hi folks,
an old A-1J junkie,some missing parts,warped fuselage,saved and 'transformed' into an earlier AD-4 in the Korean war...hope you like it,and tks for visiting.

This is an excellent looking Skyraider. I'll bet it looks great sitting next to your other Korean War aircraft.
What all was required to backdate it the the earlier Korean War version ?

Nice clean build of this Korean War dump truck! Man - looks like it is fighting for space on the ramp of that aircraft factory you have going there!
Love it. Different and a really nice job. I have the Sword 1:72 AEW version to go with a Fairey Gannet and Shackleton AEW as a series (the Radar sets moved from one to the other) Just got back into modelling after binning it in the late 80s so it’s a learning curve, but an enjoyable one. You have to love the Skyraider, it’s a beast of an aeroplane. A couple of pics of my A1J...Model...what...6 or 7. First attempt at a figure but with these aircraft it gives scale😎❤️
