Fokker D.II, 1:32, Special Hobby, Lt. Fritz Grünzweig, Jasta 16
Fokker D. II, 1:32, Special Hobby, Lt. Fritz Grünzweig, Jasta 16. My first ever model built in 1:32. I didn't choose the simplest model to begin with. I made a few mistakes there and also dropped my model on the floor before finishing it and splattered all over the room. It took almost a year to force myself to complete it again, but today it's finally finished. It is visible in places on the model, but I am still quite satisfied. Especially with the fact that it ended up in a display case instead of in the trash.
Fritz Grünzweig was a famous cartoonist who painted funny drawings on his airplanes.
Great save, Milan @milantesar
A wise decision to take your time and finally finish this beautiful Fokker.
Thanks John, I'm just getting used to such a large scale. Hopefully it will be better next time.
Pretty nice - especially for a rescue! Well done.
Thank you Greg. Hopefully it will be better next time.
Amazing save and excellent overall result, Milan!
Well done!
Thank you Spiros.
Way to push through and end up with a beautiful airplane model Milan! Awesome save. I've shattered one on the floor before, but I never ended up with as great of an outcome. Hats off to you my friend.
Very thank you Clint.

Another winner, Milan. I have one of those in 1/48 to build.
Thank you John.
Great restoration! Looks like a new build that's never been damaged.
Thank you Chas
