Fw190 A-3
A nice simple build. Tamiya 1/48 Fw190 A-3. Flown by unknown pilot 7/JG2, Theville, France. 6 June 1942.
Decals were made up from spares. I just wanted to do a fast build or 2 before embarking on something pretty full on around Jan 24.
Started on a Mitsubishi Pete today and will do another Fw190 after, which is the "full on" kit. It's been done before by others, but I've never done it. It'll be cool if I can do it as well as others. Or even half as well. Will see. π
Thanks for looking and for commenting. Always appreciated.
Great looking WΓΌrger, Paul @paulwoodyvanacker
Looking forward to all the upcoming builds as well.
Awesome job, Paul! Looking forward to your next biilds!
Nice work Paul, and now I am intensely curious on what the new year is going to bring us from your workbench.
Great looking Fw-109. Very nice camo work. I'm getting ready to camo an Me-109 and I keep finding other things to build (like the P-40 I just posted) trying to delay the inevitable. Your beautiful paint work is very inspiring, we'll see how mime goes, sometime soon.π
Nice work on a classic.
Great build on the old Tamiya Fw Paul. Looks neat π
Those Tamiya Butcher birds are nice builds.
That looks great - the A's are my favorite-looking 190's - just more pugnacious-looking to me!

A splendid rendition of a Fw190 A-3, Paul.
Very good work on the mottle effect on that paint scheme.
Very nice work on this Focke Wulf. @paulwoodyvanacker
An excellent quickie.
Nice 190, Paul. I like it!
Well done A-3. That's my favorite 190 scheme, love the black eagle's head hiding the exhaust stains!
