In its short debut in the modelling world, Accurate Miniatures left a lasing mark in terms of well designed model aircraft. One of these is the F3F-2 biplane. A fond build and a shining gem in the display area.

Rigging is simple in this kit as the stiff wires are supplied.

I have seen a few of these at local shows. Looks to be a good kit that builds up nicely as you have shown here. I am not much of a biplane guy but something about these interwar period planes is very tempting. Your build is definitely adding to that temptation. Nicely done Rafi, @blackmopane.

This is a very nice looking model. There’s something special about having two sets of fabric covered wings and a bunch of wires ! Toss in a radial engine and it’s over the top.
You have done a magnificent job with it. I’m definitely clicking on several of the various “like” buttons.

Beautiful F3F! I really like these little I ter war fighters. You can definitely follow the liniage of the Gruman airplanes. Great job.
