1/72 Mosquito PR. XVI.
This is the recent Airfix kit built with Barracuda 3D printed landing gear. It's an amazing addition to an already solid kit. I also used Kits World seatbelts and Eduard masks for the glass. Precut masks are a lifesaver on 1/72 kits for me. The paints are Tamiya lacquers and Humbrol enamels. Markings are from Xtradecal for a 684 Squadron example at Calcutta in 1945.
The Mossie looks quite stunning in that silver finish! A beauty of a model.

Thanks, Felix. I’ve built at least one of all of Airfix’ 1/72 British twin engine kits now. They’re kind of addictive. Hoping they revisit the A-20 and Hudson at some point. A new tool Baltimore and Maryland would be nice too.
I agree @j-healy. The Beaufort, Beaufighter, Blenheim, Wellington, etc. are all fantastic kits! A Hudson would be nice but my guess is a Halifax before.

Thanks, Dale. The silver and blue work well together. Mosquitoes were painted silver in India and Australia because heat adversely affected the glue that held them together.

Just Superb! I have the same set from Barracuda, as well as the exhaust/air intake/carb set and the vacuform canopy. Now I'm ready to tackle this kit!
