Dragon 1/48 Junkers Ju 88C-6

January 5, 2025 · in Aviation · · 8 · 240

The model depicts a famous Ju-88C piloted Heinrich Prinz Sayn-Wittgenstein, Germany January 1944. Externally, it looks similar in many respects with the Ju 88G-1. The conversion was possible thanks to spare parts from the Ju 88G series.

  1. Excellent result from the challenging Dragon Ju 88, Rafi! Great that you were able to do this conversion using spares from other Ju 88 kits.

  2. A wonderful Ju88, Rafi @blackmopane
It is always good to keep spare parts. There are always moments that they can be used.

  3. Beautifully finished and the center radar spines (?) are amazing. Your article had me looking up the concept of schräege musik, a reference I ran across many years ago.

  4. Great-looking model, and wow, you really got that radar array looking good!
