DKM Graf Spee
This model corresponds to Trumpeter kit 05774. Its construction could be greatly improved, and it is clear that the number of parts and construction have been overly complicated. There are several flaws, such as the location of the 150 mm guns, which do not fit properly in their proper places, and other small parts that are not suitable.
Significant modifications have been made, including replacing the tracks with simulated copper wire, replacing the masts with wire, adding photo-etched ladders, and adding 3D-made rollers.
The wiring is 0.10 mm Veevus on the rear mast and Uni Caenis on the front. The paints used were Vallejo, and the model was treated with oil paints and watercolor pencils.
The base is made of Styrofoam, shaped to simulate water, and painted with acrylics, followed by cotton and gloss medium.
My comment is: Wow! You have done a masterful job on this Graf Spee display, especially the ocean base.
Congratulations!
Beautiful job on the water.
Great build! What did you use for the water?

Outstanding work, Manuel.
Very nice. I love the water effect!
I thought this was a much larger scale model until I saw the pic with the forceps. Very well done!
This is really impressive, Manuel @kometa
The details are amazing, especially considering the scale.
The water effect is very realistic.
I was also surprised by the actual size of your model. The scene is very realistic and the color of the ocean is great. Well done!
Fantastic job and great improvements on the original Trumpeter kit, Manuel!
Well done!
